Firmware Update Steps

When updating the firmware, please disconnect all other mice and dongles from your computer.

This firmware update process applies to X2v2, X2H, X2A, Xlite v3, and their compatible 1K and 4K dongles.

Important Notes:

1. Update the dongle firmware first before updating the mouse firmware.

   • If you update the mouse firmware first, you may need to re-pair the device.

2. When you update the dongle, make sure the dongle is connected. When you update the mouse, make sure the mouse is wired.

3. Ensure no other mice or dongles are connected during the update.

   • Having multiple devices connected may cause issues with the update process.

   • Please keep the mouse in wired mode when updating it.

4. Follow the update steps carefully to ensure a smooth and successful firmware update.

   If the program doesn’t open due to Windows security prompts:

   1. Click "More info"

   2. Click "Run anyway"
