My ZywOo The Chosen mouse stops working after five minutes

If your ZywOo The Chosen mouse stops working after around five minutes of normal use, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

-Connect both your mouse and your dongle (please note that two USB 3.0 or higher cables are required to follow this guide.)

-Download and run this tool (click).


IMPORTANT:

-To prevent any possible conflicts, please disconnect all other mice and dongles.

-Make sure to follow this process using a PC with a strong and stable internet connection.


-With both the mouse and the dongle wired, click 'Initial factory pairing' as shown in the image below:


Note: If you're unable to click the button, please check that both mouse and dongle are connected.

If both are connected but you still can't click the button, please make sure the two cables you're using are USB 3.0 cables or above.


-Once the process is finished, your mouse should function normally again.
