My wireless is working however, I am experiencing sensor skipping, sudden disconnection or sudden freeze.
* If you have multiple wireless dongles near each other, it may cause USB signal interruption. Please separate them with distance.
*If you have a metal object blocking the dongle, it may cause USB signal interruption, please move it away.
Other than above, we had some reports (2021-09-19) on signal interruption on few units, we made some adjustments on
USB signal receiver units and made some improvements on the mouse as well.
Please update your firmware to fix your issue.
