To check the current status of your order, there are two solutions:

1. Go to account.pulsar.gg and log in with the email you used when making your order.

Or

2. Find your order confirmation email, and click on View Order

If you still have an issue, please contact Pulsar Gaming Gears by submitting a ticket, selecting "Shipping/ Payment Issue", and mentioning that you have checked all the 5 options above.
